We used M&M, and I would highly recommend them.  They were careful, respectful, responsive, and just all around great people.  We used them to pack and move us from Brookline to West Newton last year.  If we moved again, they would be the first company I would call. FWIW, we used Gentle Giant for a previous move, and we were not happy with them.  They were expensive, and when they saw that we had moved a lot of furnishings ourselves, leaving basically just furniture for them to move, they dragged out the move as long as they could to get the bill as high as possible.  I know a lot of people swear by them, however.
