Here are some of the upcoming events!
Kickoff Meeting of 2026: Any Cider Club-Only Competition
The first monthly meeting for 2026 is this Tuesday (1/20). Scrumpies Hard Cider Bar and Pub has cider, beer and cocktails, so there is something for everyone.
We are combining the monthly meeting with Hoppy Hour and starting a little earlier! Don’t miss it!

- Tuesday, 01/20/2026 | 6:30-9:00pm
**NOTE: If you are an active member, your first Hoppy Hour drink is paid for by the club!
Thank you to everyone who showed up to help this weekend! What an amazing group of individuals! In just 3.5 hours we sorted, verified and boxed 1815 bottles/cans (or 605 entries). This was before lunch!
At 1:00pm the first of two-judging session for Sweetheart’s Revenge began! These were great team building events!
Additional Sweetheart’s Revenge 2026 activities:
- 01/18/2026: Virtual judging is underway and ends 2/1/2026.
- 01/24/2026: Two (2) satellite judging sessions in Colorado Springs at Mash Mechanix.

- 02/07/2026: Judging Session #5 – 6:30pm to 9:00pm at Crooked Beech Brewing
- 02/08/2026: Sweetheart’s Revenge 2026 Competition at Crooked Beech Brewing
- 8:00am - Doors Open
- 8:30am - 10:30am - In-Person Judging Session 6
- 10:30am - 12:30pm - In-Person Judging Session 7
- 12:00pm – LUNCH
- 1:30pm - 3:30pm - In-Person Judging Session 8
- 4:00pm - Best of Show Judging (Beer, Mead/Cider)
- 5:30pm - Pro/Am Judging
- 6:30pm - Awards Ceremony
**NOTE: Stewards are still needed for the Saturday (02/08) sessions. Please sign up at: ReggieBeer
Please renew your membership to the Weiz Guys. Membership dues for 2026 are $15 for individuals and $25 for families (two adults). Renew your membership at: WeizGuys.com/membership
**NOTE: If you joined the Weiz Guys for the food pairing dinner in October, or in November or December last year, your membership is covered through 2026.
