Can missing data be added manually

I had a power out and wasn't able to get to my Acurite console to reset it as the battery power also drop, so I have a hole in my data (2 days)

Can I add the missing data from another source.  

Can this be done manually from data viewed on a nearby station or can I grab the data via script from a nearby station on WU

Yes, the data is stored in a SQL database. You can add rows in it manually. Or you could write scripts.
