Bresser 5in1 under-reporting accumulated rain

Hello! I have been using weewx for quite a while now and I have noticed that it under reports accumulated rain by around 50%, sometimes way more. Other times rain is not reported at all.

I am using weewx-sdr to capture the data from the station, and as such I have checked - rtl_433's output is correct. I suspect the problem lies somewhere between weewx and weewx-sdr. I am happy to provide any additional information if needed.

Weather station is a Bresser 5in1 (with weewx-sdr). Weewx was installed with setup.py.
