Added All-time graphs to Seasons Skin, how to share?

Following on from my earlier request for multi-year reports I was pointed towards

This gave me the raw information I need so I have modified the now 'standard' Seasons skin to include a new all-time history tab, plus updated the hilo tab. See attached screenshots.

I'd like to share this back to the community but can't decide the best way to do it as I've only had to change 5 files plus one additional python file. Should I wrap this up as a completely new skin?

I've only tested this on Weewx 4.0.1 but I don't believe that there is anything that will stop it working on an earlier version. 

It would be helpful to know exactly what doesn't work?

Is there anything in the weewx.log file that may give a clue what's wrong? Have you tried running wee_report to see if it gives any errors? 

Of course I haven't tested the instructions so I may have missed something, has anyone else managed to get it working?

There is a little issue with 4.2. version Seasons template skin.conf

It should be:

 [[SummaryByMonth]]
        # Reports that summarize "by month"
        [[[NOAA_month]]]
            encoding = strict_ascii
            template = NOAA/NOAA-YYYY-MM.txt.tmpl

    [[SummaryByYear]]
        # Reports that summarize "by year"
        [[[NOAA_year]]]
            encoding = strict_ascii
            template = NOAA/NOAA-YYYY.txt.tmpl

instead of

template = NOAA/NOAA-%Y-%m.txt.tmpl

and

template = NOAA/NOAA-%Y.txt.tmpl

Otherwise no issues. Thanks for your efforts! It's a great addition to Seasons skin.

Still staying with Weewx version 4.1.1, the installation worked smart. Great job!

In addition I had to integrate it into my personal seasons skin, which I had translated into German. Unfortunately there is still no general structure in WeeWx for labelling in different languages. So it still was a lot of work. Except of one word I managed to adopt the site to German now. This one word, I have not yet translaetd, is the first word in the header row of $rain_days_table, which still says "Days" instead of "Tage". Where do I have to change this entry?
