weewx stopped working

I recently moved and my had a bit of difficulty with my new ISP Provider. (is that redundant?) Anyway after updating my operating system weewx stopped working. I'm hoping someone can have a quick look at my log and see what's going on.

I'm running weewx (version 3.9.2) on a RPi B+ using a Davis Vantage VUE

It sounds like corrupt station memory, not uncommon if a Davis station has a power interruption. I suggest you refer to the Troubleshooting the Davis Vantage station wiki page and work through the steps in the Corrupt station memory section.

That and the absence of any archive records being saved to database plus the statement by the OP that the station was moved.
