WeeWX StandardReport occasionally delay at 12:00

Hello,

I´d like to ask if anybody has similar experience like me. Time to time it happens WeeWX report is not run at 12:00 but postponed to 12:05. It doesn´t happen daily but if it does it´s always around this hour. Initially I though it´s problem with my connection (sending data to cloud from unstable wifi network), but I am not sure now. Here is the log.

What weather station and driver are you using and is WeeWX configured for software record generation or hardware record generation (record_generation setting under [StdArchive] in weewx.conf)? If you are using software record generation the generation of archive records is triggered by the receipt of the first loop packet after the archive interval concerned. If loop packets are being missed or not arriving when they should it is quite possible that an archive record is generated late and conceivably the following (expected) archive record skipped. Installs with long loop periods would be more susceptible to this effect. Though it would be unusual for this to happen, when it does happen, at the same time of day.

Some scheduled restart of the weather station hardware or some IT component like switch, router etc.?

Hi all,

thanks for taking care :) I have Garni 2055 Arcus (CZ brand manufactured in China) which communicates via Wifi only. Loop packets are generated every 12s. My machine is VM in google cloud so network connection issue seems like logical but after last thunderstorm which caused electricity downtime for 8h and fact I work from home often because of Covid I decided to invest into 2nd independent connection (LTE) and link aggregation switch. Both network components have uptime 10days now and I tested recovery of one link lost takes around 5s. Google VM shouldn´t have schedule anything during this time (12:00). I am using driver Interceptor in mode observer.

OK....I see yesterday at 12:05 DHCP server assigned IP to weather station so I setup static DHCP record for station and will see....thanks for hints.
