MQTTSubscribe 1.5.2

Here is a summary of some of the improvements made in recent releases:

• Support for data that is cumulative (for example rain totals).
• Allow date/time formats other than Unix epoch.
• Process data types in addition to float.
• Fixed receiving wind data as individual topics.
• Improved logging (ongoing).
• Testing and code analysis automation.

With this automation in place, I feel comfortable formally announcing support for WeeWX 4 and Python 3.

Only the WeeWX 4.0.0b18/Python 3.6 analysis is uploaded.
