Belchertown observation records: exclude incomplete days

After being down for over half a year I finally found the time to get my weather station and WeeWX to work again the other week at a few minutes to midnight. That day now holds the observation record for being the day with the smallest temperature variance  in the history of the weather station (0,1°C).

Apart from deleting the few records from right before midnight, is there a way to have the record generation require a certain amount of data for a day to qualify?

Don't know if this is generated by WeeWX or the skin.
