Adding a new page With Bootstrap in multi-language

Hi,

Using Boostrap (4.0), is there a way to add some "tags" in a template (for example "about.html.tmpl") to create some multi language (and static) web page?

I read the short documentation to do it with some small text and pictures, but if the content is more complex and big, this will be more complicated.

For example this page : https://ymartin.com/meteo/about.html (need to be translated in english ...)

Any suggestion?
