Been running on RPi for over a year and now getting some weird errors.  Perhaps my SD card is having issues?  Maybe my router, Weatherlink IP or ISP?  It is a remote site on a farm so not always easy to debug.  I have run a UPS since day one so I do have clean power.  My Davis console & Weatherlink IP are about 4 years old but have current firmware.

Where should I start?

Thanks,
Doug B.

That doesn’t sound like an SD card issue to me, it sounds like something is up either with the console or the USB or serial connection. Usually either unplugging and reconnecting the console or a reboot will clear that up.

I have the old Vantage Pro USB module and I have had a couple of times where I have to pull it out of the console and re-insert it in order to get communications running again.

OK, thanks.  Not sure what an SD card issue looks like so had to ask.  :)    I have rebooted everything except for the console.  I have the IP connection to the console on both of my stations and it seems to be rock solid once everything is setup.

Will give it a try.

Thanks,
Doug B.

My Raspberry pi started to give USB errors.  Finally gave up and went to Intel NUC.  So much faster, so much better!
