Having trouble with my ISP's CGNAT and the MQTT (Websockets) Sub/Pub process.  Might it be possible to use the Apache web server on my RaspberryPi to host my own site?  I realize that I may still have the CGNAT issue- but at least I would no longer have to outside of my LAN to have a web presence.

For sure you can, mine is hosted on my nas system (nas does the mttq, httpd and ftp server), with 2 raspberry pi ftp’ing everything to the nas.

Yes CGNAT is a pain.
I changed ISP and now I have a fixed IP address for no extra expense.

Also I have my weather on my local LAN http://192.168.1.164/weather/ and ftp it to https://weather.ubeaut.work/

The local site is running apache.

Gary, is there a guide to setting up the cloudflare tunneling for use with the mqtt broker?

The only real requirement is that you can NAT incoming connections.

Fixed IP makes things easier, but not absolutely necessary.

I didn't use a guide, but this one looks complete. Not at all difficult to do.
The github page for cloudflared has lots of info
Finally, the tunnel docs
