Greetings! First off, I want to say how grateful I am to have found WeeWX. I've been running MeteoHub for a few years now, and am fed up with the level of support I get (effectively 0) on a paid piece of software. I was also looking at Weather Display, but after installing their RasPi console version, I discovered that they had no software to communicate with AcuRite over USB. So again, glad to have found WeeWX!

I have WeeWX running on a Pi 4 (2 GiB), connected via USB to my AcuRite 01035 via USB, and it all seems to be running fine. I installed Lighttpd and the data shows up in a browser. Yay! But mostly, I want to continue to post my data to Wunderground, as I have for many years (with the occasional break due to software and/or hardware issues). This, too, was very straightforward to setup.

The locally generated web pages show all the expected data, but WU seems to be missing some of the data. It rarely shows barometric pressure, and when it does show it in the summary panel, it doesn't show a reading in the Current Conditions "instrument" view, and I don't think I ever see a wind gust.

The second question is definitely more of a WU question, but perhaps someone here knows. When I click on the "I" (info) button (next to the station identifier) for my station, it is still showing MeteoHub as the software.

Wait! never mind the second thing -- it is now showing weewx-4.8.0. I guess that was just a cached value that is only occasionally refreshed.

Welcome, Tom.

WU is incredibly flaky. After a post, data may or may not show up.

Could you give us your station ID?

Thanks! Station ID is KMAARLIN9, and I do have rapidfire set to True. I haven't setup or looked into wunderfixer.

Looking through your station, it actually looks pretty good for a rapidfire station.

The WU Rapidfire implementation often has a problem converting the rapid RF updates into regular archive records.

I would suggest turning off Rapidfire for a while and see if you like the results better.

Thanks again! Made the switch -- it's looking more stable, if less dynamic.
