Get status of weewx "init_on_loop"

i need help :p 

I need get the parameters/answer "init_on_loop"   for to create code on PHP  to get data from DB after problem ..

How get the answer  of parameter  "init_on_loop"   ? 

I not know python :/

Don't know what you mean by init_on_loop. There is no such parameter in WeeWX. There is a loop_on_init, but it has nothing to do with databases.

Have you seen the documentation for loop_on_init?
