Bloomsky on Weewx 4.1.1

New install on a pi3 with rasp os lite , weewx 4.1.1 python3 all seemed ok except these errors and bloomsky.py will not run

Any ideas ??

Yes, I need to finish porting the Bloomsky driver to WeeWX 4/python3. Give us a day to two.
