Weewx not uploading to MQTT, Wunderground or CWOP

Hey all,

Got a strange issue where Weewx has seemingly stopped uploading to MQTT, CWOP and Wunderground. Looking at the debug logs I am not seeing any errors and it doesn't even appear to be trying to upload.

For context, Weewx was installed via apt, the weather station is a Davis Vantage Pro2 (wired) and this setup was working up until recently when I had to disconnect the station for a day. After re-connecting the station and re-starting Weewx I'm encountering this issue. Below is what I'm seeing in the debug logs:
