Include image file in ftp?

I have a jpg image captured from a webcam.
The image is on the Pi that runs weewx.
Can that image be included in the ftp upload process that weewx does to my webserver?

Yes. Everything in HTML_ROOT gets FTP'd to the server. See the FTP documentation.
