Online update times

I recently purchased a Davis Instruments Vantage Vue weather station. I wanted to run it with a Raspberry Pi. I installed WeeWX on the Raspberry Pi. I have it reporting to Weather Underground and PWS. I have not yet been able to get it to report to CWOPS. My problem is the data only updates about once an hour. I have looked through the weewx.conf file and the configuration tools for Weather Underground and PWS. I can not find any place to change the time frame for updates. I have very limited experience with linux, so will need detailed explanations if changes need to be made to the Raspberry Pi software. Thanks in advance for any help that can be offered.

These updates are done on every archive interval. For a Davis instrument, that archive interval is set by your hardware. To change it, either consult your Davis documentation, or (easier) use the WeeWX tool wee_device with the --set-interval option.
