Graph Section for previous year

Not like "last 12 months" but "last year". I'd like to have a graph section for that. I'm sure it's very easy but I can't put my finger on it

I tried to do this for images, but my patch was rejected.

As for html that can be done:

$last_year.outTemp.max etc
