Hi all,

I just set up a RaspberryPI 4 to take data from a new VantagePro 2 station at the lake house. My home station still runs the Standard skin (under FreeBSD) and provides the correct day/night plots, but the RasPI uses the new default is the Seasons skin. I get the day/night transition consistently at the wrong time of day (right now daylight @ 18:00 and nightfall @ 8:00). The machine is set to US CDT and the plot data is otherwise correct. I can't find a setting in weewx.conf or skin.conf that might be causing this.

P.S. Not surprisingly, Celestial is also off: Sunrise 6:03:48 PM Sunset 08:31:41 AM

Check your station latitude and longitude settings in weewx.conf, are the numbers correct, are they using the correct signs? It’s possible WeeWX thinks your station is located elsewhere and hence sunrise/sunset are incorrect.

I did, but didn't check the sign. Bingo!
