Looks like you are using the setup.py method of install. Did you install the pre-requisites?

I may have posted a few minutes ago but have more data now.  New install of Weewx on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (no GUI).  Weewx generated files in the public_html directory but the normal subdirectories and an Index-html are missing.  Syslog is reporting the below.  Help!!!
