Upgrade from 4.2 to 5.1 fail

Hello
Today I performed the long overdue upgrade from 4.2 to 5.1. I did this.
wget -qO - https://weewx.com/keys.html | sudo gpg --dearmor --output /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/weewx.gpg
Sudo apt update
sudo apt install weewx

Then I restarted weewx.
Now I get this error message in the log

That's too small a log snippet for a diagnosis. 

See the section How to get a good, useful log in the wiki. In summary, set debug=1, restart weewx, then post the log from startup through the first reporting cycle.
