Trouble with Belchertown skin Belchertown installation

I  follow the recommandation : 

This is optional, but advised: Delete all contents of the HTML_ROOT folder and let Belchertown create an entire new site. This prevents stale duplicate data

But no new site was created.

What I did is erase : this directory and its content : /var/www/html/weewx.

conf file : 
      # Where the generated reports should go, relative to WEEWX_ROOT
       HTML_ROOT = /var/www/html/weewx

I have the following error : 

Caught unrecoverable exception in generator 'weewx.cheetahgenerator.CheetahGenerator'
déc. 30 23:10:29 stationmeteo weewxd[9762]: ERROR weewx.reportengine:         ****  [Errno 2] Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type: '/var/www/html/weewx/NOAA/NOAA-2024-12.txt.tmp'

And  as I was confidant in the process I did not copy this directory...

Was can I do to recover the site creation ?

A single line from the log is not going to help us much. We will need more. See the wiki section How to get a good, useful log.

Don't worry! We'll get weewxd to regenerate everything. We just need more information.

From your comments I read more carefully all the log, and I saw that permission for the user weewx on the directory was not set. 

That done : "it is better to teach fishing than to give a fish" !

Now I have to learn more in detail this skin and the use of MQTT. Will done next year !
