wunderfixer fails

Hi,

I just finished installing the latest weewx on my raspberry pi ---

from  python3-weewx_4.2.0-1_all.deb.  Everything works!

wunderfixer does not work (still or again)....sigh

I tried several things and get:

wunderfixer -t -e 120 --verbose
Using configuration file /etc/weewx/weewx.conf.
Missing Wunderground station, password, and/or api_key

Since weewx is running properly (see website above), I am confused!

Any bright ideas??  I have been running weewx for several years (starting about Dec. 2015)

What info can I provide?

Ok, I’ll ask the obvious; have you provided station, password and api_key in weewx.conf? WeeWX requires station and password to post to WU. Wunderfixer requires all three.

I found the station and password in the Wunderground section,  I guess the api key is a new requirement (sigh). 

Ahhh, I now see what my problem is.  I copied Wunderground section from the "old" weewx that I ran before (3.9.2) and did not notice the new section in the new weewx.conf, particularly:

        # If you plan on using wunderfixer, set the following
        # to your API key:
        api_key = replace_me

My bad!
