After moving to a new house, the data transfer between my Davis Vantage Vue and my Raspberry Pi no longer works.
What have I done?
Davis Vantage Vue
weewx 5.1.0 on Rasberry Pi 4 /w 1 TB SSD

- pulled the cables from the console
- shut down the Raspberry Pi

The console receives data from the ISS.

I see nothing in the log that indicates weewx started.
Perhaps stop weewx, set debug=1 in the configuration file weewx.conf, start weewx again

The systemd service holds weewx startup until there is a time sync. Check if that's working with:
sudo systemctl status time-sync.target
It it's not reached target time-sync then systemd is preventing weewx from starting.

You are obviously not going to provide full debug=1 logs so I am going to decline trying to help. We cannot read minds. Best of luck.

I have activated debug = 1 in etc/weewx/weewx.conf. So there must be another reason why the log file does not contain more information.

In all my years of working with Davis loggers, that would be only the second or third defective logger we have encountered. After you cleared the logger memory, what does the system log show? Please post from startup through the first reporting cycle.

I played around a bit with sudo /etc/init.d/ntp restart and suddenly weewx starts again. Thanks for the support.
