There was some development in this issue so far. I suggested to extend the Interceptor configuration based on what Matthew Mall wrote like that:

[Interceptor] 
  driver = user.interceptor 
  device_type = wu-client 
  mode = sniff 
  iface = ethX # bitte hier den richtigen Namen eintragen 
  pcap_filter = src IP-of-weather-station and dst port 80
