Can not find: wee_device

I installed WEEWX today using these instructions. Everything works well so far.
I wanted to set the interval of the USB data logger on my Davis Vanatage Pro to 5 minutes.
At the moment it only fetches the data every 10 minutes.
I have already changed to 300 seconds in the config file, but I think I still have to set the interval to 5 minutes directly on the Davis using “wee_device”.

Now I have the problem that I can't find wee_device in the system. I searched the whole system but I couldn't find wee_device.
What can I do there?
