Weewx 4.0 weatherflowUDP

I just got a new raspberryPi 4. I installed weewx 4.0 , Python 2.7.16, weatherflowUDP Driver. weewx.conf attached

When I update weewx.conf and restart weewx i get the folloeing error:

Any help would greatly appreciated. 

I have weewx 3.9.2 working perfect on a raspberryPi3+ with the weatherfloeUDP drive.

It's just excessive logging under the hood, not any error to worry about.

Tom already has an update on the development branch in github, so it should probably be the next release whenever that happens...
