Help with GW1100 and a Mac installation

I got weeWX installed on a Mac running high sierra and it’s running the simulator. I have an Ecowitt GW1100 and want to use it for weeWX. I understand that I’m supposed to be using the interceptor. I have gone to the page for the driver:

Had to install wget.

Can someone walk me thru this? Pretend I’m dumb AF.
