Would love a hint. weewx.restx publishes ok, user.mqtt publish fails

I may have something quite basic wrong, but need some hints to even get going...

As noted above, my logs show lots of mqtt publishing just fine for archive, but user.mqtt loop publish fails every time.

I set debug=1 in weewx.conf but that doesn't appear to add any debug info.

Is there a way to turn on further debug info so I can diagnose this?

You could set debug to something bigger than 1. 

And if you want some more specific recommendations you should provide some more details. What about the logs? What is the MQTT section in weewx.conf? Such things.
