New Installation with V4 with old weewx.sdb

Just wondered  what the preferred method was if you bring old data (weewx.sdb) into a new installation with V4

I believe the new weewx.sdb has new fields so  Im assuming wee_import is to be used instead of just coping and replacing.

You don't need to do anything. If you have a working installation, it will continue to work.

What you may be referring to is the new default database schema. But, it comes into play only if you create a new database. Old databases continue to use their old schema.
