v3db to v4 db

Hi all,

If I have data in the old v3db, how do I get it into a v4 extended
schema db ?

Do I have to extend the v3db 1st  ?

I've googled around looking for instructions but I cant seem to find 
what I'm looking for.

Thanks Gary - somehow I didn't find that ! my googlefu must be off.

I'll have to experiment, I have 3 years of data in an old db and I'd like to add it to my new db that already has nearly a year in it.
