obs_group_dict entries

I'm still trying to get my head fully around WeeWX units, converting between different types, ect. Delving into it I noticed that some fields in the extended schema are missing from obs_group_dict. Specifically, snowDepth, snowMoisture, and snowRate. Just curious if this was on purpose.

Not on purpose. Just an oversight. Issue #613 to remind us.

This is a super-easy project should someone want to take it on.
