modify file index.html

I installed weewx under debian with apt.
It works fine, but I would like to modify the index.html file to add an automatic refresh.
I searched everywhere without success.
There was no '/home/weewx' directory created on my system.
Can anyone help me?

it's good, I found the file to modify.
This is the '/etc/weewx/skins/Seasons/index.html.tmpl' file.
