Updated to 4.6.0 Wunderground service upload fails

Hello,
I have just updated to 4.6.0 for my Vantage Vue connected to my Pi3B.
Locally everything works ok and I am running the default Skin.
I am uploading to PWSWeather and that is fine, but uploading to Wunderground fails.
Log message:-
Feb 8 15:42:44 Pi3-Weewx weewx[964] ERROR weewx.restx: Wunderground-PWS: Failed to publish record 2022-02-08 15:40:00 GMT (1644334800): Failed upload after 3 tries
I haven't changed to password in the weewx.conf file.
It's not an issue for me so I have just set the service to 'false' in the configuration.
The uploading was working fine with 4.5.1 just prior to upgrading.

Further to my first post I have set debug = 1 and reenabled the Wunderground service and got these log entries:-

Seems like
Wunderground-PWS is down again. Got the same messages. You could disable this messages. I have already had to do this with some services.

To mute this, add this in the weewx.conf
[[Wunderground]]

I am also seeing the same issue with Wunderground and I am on WeeWX 4.5.1. Nothing has changed in my configuration for over 30 days. I would assume at this point wunderground is having connectivity issues or something has changed in the API interface on their end.

Sounds like they had Rapid-Fire issues for a day or two, and now I'm unable to upload as well. Didn't see anything in their news page except complaints...

Have re-enabled uploading to Wunderground.
Seems like it is working again.

then a glitch at 2000z and two at 2015z and clean since.

Weird. I was just today (2/16, 8 days after this thread started) dinking around with my recently-upgraded-to-4.6 installation, and now WU is not taking my uploads, either. But the weird thing is, I've only been dealing with some "skin" issues, today, and did the 4.6 upgrade some time ago - nothing you'd think would affect WU .... but the uploads only stopped working a couple hours ago! So, is it me, or is it WU?

My money is on WU.
You could set debug = 3 in weewx.conf then restart WeeWX to increase the debug log output for the WU uploads. This will show you the data being sent by WeeWX along with any response from WU, though I would not expect to see too much useful info being provided back from WU. Setting debug = 3 will likely result in a lot of debug info in your log so it might take a bit to pick out the WU entries but they should be fairly self evident.

Through the years we've learned that when it comes to the WU, it's best not to expend any excess energy. It's almost always their fault. Flakiest API on the internet.
