After upgrading to 4.10.2 from 4.9.1 most of the graphs are empty

Hallo to all! 

I'm a user who is doing with weewx really much more than expected from my current python/programming skills which are lower than basic and seldomly applied which makes the situation even worse.

I had to move the weewx generated page to an external host due to the fact that my mobile provider Natted my once public connection and found no way to have it public again.

All of this drove me into previously unexplored problems, but the page seems transferred correctly.

The problem is that I also updated it (keeping the previous files on every dialog that come out) and now it's not anymore showing collected datas apart from pressure (which should be from the TFA Sinus but strangely is stuck to the same value) and two temperatures which I get from sensors other than the Sinus which are working correctly.

I attach the log in debug mode with the relevant parts (hope I guessed correctly). Any advice with this matter?

I'm attaching 2 logs.

Log numbered 2 can't even start the driver, which occurs rarely.

Log numbered 3 starts the driver but no data (apart pressure which is fixed and my external sensors) are shown on weewx page and graphs.

Really hope anyone can help!

An additional insight.

After some time the driver seems failing reading data.

This leads to a process restart, but, after restarting, if it happens that the driver fails to load then weewx will go on, but in this case it is not even able to FTP update the pages and the images on the remote host.

Attached please find log 04 were it can be seen the problem.

It seems I have 3 problems:

1 - the driver sometimes fails to load and weewx stops updating

2 - the loaded values do not show up on the html pages not in value neither in the graphs (I don't know if the database is populated correctly, but it has previously)

3 - the driver sometimes fails to load values but, at least in this case the system restarts (but then hangs if it can't load the driver)

This is why it should happen that you find the homepage stuck on older timestamps.

On the quest torward the solution I found 

loop_on_init

command.

I was already looking for it as a viable solution to problem 1 but I couldn't find it in weewx.conf

Finally found (my lazyness as it was in the userguide) I should add it to the general common options on top.

Hopefully this will at least solve problem 1.

I'm using SQlite. 

As anI see, date on my station is 1 hour late. I really need an help for problem 2

I experienced previously this problem (which was maybe tight to the failing driver), but I never had problem before with logging and showing sensor's data, which now seems broken.

Stopped Weewx and run

sudo wee_device --current

Run it many times and the result is allways the same (see picture)

They are missing most of the data (strangely some are showing up)

This could lead me to think about some depleted batteries, but from the log the station seems to respond and actually this kind of problem showed up right with the update from 4.9.1 to 4.10.2

Strangely enough I get data from some of the sensors (rain and pressure).

Unfortunately I can't phisically check the station as it's remote.
