Pillow 10.0+ issue

weewx 4.10.2 on openSuse Tumbleweed with Vantage Pro II

Python 3.11.5

pillow 10.0.1-1.1

It seems weewx broke with Pillow 3.10+

Since my system has python3 managed I can't roll back to an earlier version of pillow using 

python3 -m pip install Pillow==9.5.0

which is supposed to fix the problem.

Please see the attached errors when running wee_reports

Is there a patch file i can apply to genplot.py to fix this?

Or is there some other fix i can do?
