mqtt and Soilmoisture

hello I use Mqtt plugin for sedd info to my broker on home assistant.
i wat set info also for sensor Soilmoisture, how I can?

suppose you configure the mqqt plug-in to send to topic “tiz” (in weewx.conf).
by default the plug-in will send a message with all the data in the weewx packet to topic tiz/loop
and each individual value in the weewx packet to its own dedicated topic e.g. tiz/soilMoisture

you can configure the plug-in to send only to tiz/loop or only to tiz/soilMoisture

BUT soilMoisture must be in the weewx packet for mqtt plug-in to find it.
if you are generating weewx reports using soilMoisture, then you know soilMoisture is in the weewx packet.

how can i understand which topic weewx sends to mqtt?
maybe I find something else to insert.

how I can generating weewx reports for pickup correct name of my soilmoisture name?

On my system, the MQTT names for soil moisture are : soilMoist1_centibar , soilMoist2_centibar, soilMoist3_centibar

You can use MQTT Explorer ( http://mqtt-explorer.com ) to connect to your broker and to verify the names.
