Highcharts Update broke Weather34 Highcharts themes

Yesterdays update to Highcharts caused the light and dark themes to break. A fix has been provided by Jerry Dietrich

Weather34 users should update [your path]/weather34/w34highcharts/scripts/light-theme.js

and

[your path]/weather34/w34highcharts/scripts/dark-theme.js
