Neoground Skin: How can I change time format for clock in header?

Hello,

I am testing the nice neoground skin and I cannot find where I can change the time format of the clock in the header on the left site and the time for sunset/sunrise on the right site?

It is in am/pm at the moment and I want to have 24h format. The charts are in 24h. Maybe somebody can help me? I found nothing with google and in the documentation. Thank you!

ok I found the problem

My Pi was set to american time although I used the european time zone

after changing everything weewx get the right time format from my pi

the skin is  neowx material skin from neoground
