Almanac reverts to northern hemisphere Lat Lon

After updating from 3.9.1 to 3.9.2 my almanac times revert to northern hemisphere. I set the lat to -30. and lon to 150. and for the first refresh after running wee_reports it is correct but after the next webpage update it goes to the northern hemisphere times. If I resave the weewx.conf file without changing the lat lon settings it is correct initially but after the next webpage update it is wrong again. Is there any other location for the lat lon settings that it uses?

Just curious, have you restarted weewx after making those lat/lon changes?

There were a few other config issues when I did the update and yes after I did a restart it fixed the lat lon issue.
