UKMO moving from datapoint to datahub

UK met office is moving to DataHub at some stage so wondered if anybody had got it to work. From my first looks it appears it uses latitude and longitude instead of Location

Would you add a little context?  Are you referring to an extension that you are hoping will work after the switch to DataHub occurs?
