pcews-20 raspberry and wunder ground

hello , i'm  danilo,  an ham radio  of italy.  have  problem   with my system  and  wunder ground..   my  system are :

pce ws-20   raspberry  with  weewx .  have  tried  to connect  my  device on wunder ground, but with bad result. also i insert
my device on page  my devices,  write  all but at  end look   device  0.  on page of my city  have offline  and  green  ball. 
have try  to set  of device  pce ws-20  or raspberry pi (varius test) but  without results.. Can anyone  help me  to resolve ?
