Resetting daily rain total at 0900 vs midnight

I didn't see any options in the configuration wiki covering how to change the daily rain reset time from midnight to 0900.

This is the time used by the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) in Australia (and NZ also I believe).

I was using this setting in WDisplay (until I recently abandoned it for WeeWx).

Can this arrangement be done in WeeWx please?

You can report the rain since 0900 in your reports with a user add on. See past thread post - https://groups.google.com/g/weewx-user/c/VyVMEfuxClo/m/-ppd0N4bBgAJ which includes a user extension to provide for a 'since' tag.

If you are using a standard skin you will need to update with the since tag to have a daily rain since 9am.
