wrong wind and rain data

I have wrong wind and rain values in weewx, I checked conf file and wind is km/h and rain mm/h

but weewx show up both almost half less than it is.

I use weewx 4.5.1 and interceptor.

I have froggit weather station.

Impossible to say without more info - posting a debug log is a good place to start.  Refer to Help! posting to weewx user wiki page. Also please post a copy of your [Interceptor] stanza from weewx.conf.
