Best path to connect to Acurite Access using Interceptor

Hi, my Pi died last year but I finally replaced it, so I'm installing weewx again. 

I have an Acurite Access with 2 stations and after reading the Interceptor doc, I'm confused as to what is the best option to configure it all.  Right now I have installed weewx and the interceptor driver.  It's configured and the service start, but that is all, I do not seem to get any data.

If I want to use the "listen" mode, is there anything else to do to make it work?  Anyone has a config example they could share?
