Ecowitt and WeeWx

Hi

Are these configurations possible:

Ecowitt GW1000> weeWX> Meteotemplate

Ecowitt GW1000> weeWX> HWS Template

I'm new to WeeWX.

Is Ecowitt the same as a Fine Offset? This may work:

Thanks for your reply.

Is it's the same. Fine Offset produce the equipment and have different resellers, Ambient Weather(US), Ecowitt ,Tycon, Aercus, Watson, Misol, Froggit(Europe), Maplin, Conrad, etc

So the GW1000 do more or less the same as a SDR device. As far as I can see no drivers are available right now.

It will work fine with the SDR driver and HWS template (renamed to weewx-Weather34 skin). With this skin you will get a complete realtime.txt file even with incomplete loop packets. Your webpage will be as ‘live’ as it is possible to get from your equipment.
