New Weewx Extension - zbx-sender (send data to zabbix)

Hello!

For those who might be interested in zabbix. I created a new weewx extension to send weather data to zabbix with some new features like: unit_system, record or archive data and data formating. https://github.com/HoracioDos/weewx-zbxsender

It is based on zabbix extension already made by Marc Pignat and the Aprx extension by Gary Roderick. Thank you both for sharing your weewx extensions.
