If someone would like to catch development up to master, and drop files (at least a .tar.gz) in "http://weewx.com/downloads/development_versions/", i will gladly install and test.

Right now, development has caught up to master.

At this early stage of development there are no alpha or beta versions planned. However, because weewx is pure python, you can just run it out of your copy of the git repository. That's what I

K. Thx. Just was hoping to avoid a "pull" and "checkout" and "make" :).

Will advise if I encounter any exceptions.

I have the git repo on my "usual" machine - not on my "weewx server".

If you cloned your repository from https://github.com/weewx/weewx, then these steps are extremely easy. Just

# If you haven't already done it:
git clone https://github.com/weewx/weewx.git
# Then...
git checkout development
git pull

That's it. No make involved.

Am now running development branch at commit 6eba945b1cd1db3dab23c7d87d2b7e0280b17ecd - will advise if any problems.

Haven't noticed any anomalies in 6eba945.

Attempted upgrade to 07ff729... log file enclosed.

Pls advise if more info needed.
