draft WeatherLinkLive (via web query of current conditions) driver ready for testing

If anybody has a Davis WeatherLink Live device and would like to test my driver that pulls data periodically via JSON, please email me and I'll set you up.

This one would be ideal if you can spin up a VM or a pi with a throwaway weewx db for some testing.   The driver tests and runs in the foreground and background, and seems to be assembling data into the db just fine, but I'd like to get more folks banging on this one if possible.

(once I get the 'query periodically via JSON' setup working, I'll tweak it to grab the UDP broadcasts from the Davis which would get you the LOOP data every couple seconds, but I wanted to do this simple variant first)

Update - v0.0.5 available on github in https://github.com/vinceskahan/weewx-weatherlinklive-json

This is installable via the extension installer.

Just edit one line in the resulting weewx.conf to set your URL to hit and you should be good to go.

Please test and let me know (email is ok if you want to keep the list traffic down)

Thank's for this driver. I will test it this week.

Just for info, I've the European model, and rain value would be converted as inch value (but the rain colector use metric value) before it stocked on sql table.

Did you ommit to include Wind Gust ? I've checked your driver and it missing ?
